We utilize three main shipping services for our products: motor freight, UPS Ground, and FedEx Ground. Please check the list below to review product specific shipping methods.

• FIRE PITS & TABLES – Typically comes motor freight. Motor freight shipments will be “curbside” for residential deliveries or to a loading dock at commercial locations. The freight carriers will not pull onto a residential property in most cases due to liability. Liftgate service is included with motor freight shipping to residential addresses. **IMPORTANT: Inspection of the shipment is required by the customer PRIOR to signing the delivery receipt. If damage is found after the delivery receipt is signed and the delivery driver has left, you will be responsible for the claim and any additional charges that may occur. 

• CHAIRS AND OTHER FURNITURE – Depending on the size of the order, these items will come either UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or motor freight. If coming motor freight: shipments will be “curbside” for residential deliveries or to a loading dock at commercial locations. • SMALL ACCESSORIES AND CLEANERS – In most cases shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx. Typically ships earlier than furniture pieces.
