Our products can be returned for a refund less a 20% restock fee. You will be responsible to safely and securely pack and return the items at your expense once you receive a return authorization number.

Due to the customized nature of our products, many of them are built to order. Because of this, you must make any cancellations or changes to an order within 3 days of the order entry date. Orders processed and packaged for delivery cannot be changed or canceled without incurring a 20% restock fee or an additional charge.
